PSAT Prep Classes for Regent High School Students

 

 

This page has classes in preparation for the October 2023 PSAT/NMSQT.

Classes are taught by Megan (Schaunaman) Neely, Charlotte McGuire, and Maria Copp. Megan Neely was a National Merit Scholar in high school and scored a perfect 36 on the Math, Science, and Reading portions of the ACT.  She has taught over 215 National Merit Scholars, Finalists, Semifinalists, and Commended Scholars.  Charlotte McGuire is a retired Bishop Kelley English teacher with over 20 years of classroom and private tutoring experience.  She has helped students from numerous Tulsa area high schools improve their ACT, PSAT, and SAT scores.  The average improvement on the English test is 5 points but has been as high as 11 points.  Maria Copp was also a National Merit Scholar in high school and is a current English teacher.

2023 PSAT Summer Review

Dates: Monday – Thursday, June 12 – 15, 2023

Time: 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.

Location: Bishop Kelley High School, 3905 S Hudson Ave, Tulsa, 74135, Mary Queen of Peace Building

Cost: $150 for Regent students ($250 for all other students), includes all materials. (Scholarships are available for interested and deserving students. Email Megan@MeganNeely.net for more information.)

This 8 hour instructional course is designed to provide a full, in-depth review of all the content tested on the PSAT/NMSQT as well as helpful tips and testing information.  Students will have homework assigned between each session. The topics in the Summer and Fall classes will repeat, but different example problems will be used and different homework problems will be assigned in each session.  Classes were designed so students can take both the Summer and Fall classes for maximum practice. However, each class individually will provide a great review for the PSAT.

2023 PSAT Fall Intensive Review

Dates: Sundays, August 13, 20, 27,  September 10, 17, 24, and October 1 and 8, 2023

Time: 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.

Cost: $300 for Regent students ($400 for all other students), includes all materials. (Scholarships are available for interested and deserving students. Email Megan@MeganNeely.net for more information.)

This 16 hour instructional course is designed to provide a full, in-depth review of all the content tested on the PSAT/NMSQT as well as helpful tips and testing information.  Students will have homework assigned between each session.  Students who took the Summer course will continue to benefit from the Fall Intensive Review.  This Fall class will have new and different homework assignments and practice problems.
