Metro Christian: Intro to the ACT Class – CLASS IS FULL

This Intro to the ACT Class includes 4 hours of instruction designed to introduce students to the ACT.   The course includes content review, tips, tricks, and strategies in all subject areas tested on the ACT.  More information as well as a preliminary assignment will be emailed to registered students prior to the start of class.

Instructors: Megan (Schaunaman) Neely (Math/Science) and Charlotte McGuire (English/Reading)

Megan (Schaunaman) Neely was a National Merit Scholar in high school and scored a perfect 36 on the Math, Science, and Reading portions of the ACT.  At the University of Oklahoma, she was named the Outstanding Senior Woman in 2004-2005 and has been teaching and tutoring the ACT, SAT, and PSAT ever since. Since 2007, Mrs. Neely has taught more than 215 National Merit Scholars, Finalists, Semifinalists, and Commended Scholars, and helped thousands of students prep for the ACT.

Charlotte McGuire is a retired Bishop Kelley English teacher with over 20 years of classroom and private tutoring experience.  She has helped students from over 25 Tulsa area high schools improve their ACT, PSAT, and SAT scores.  The average improvement on the English test is 5 points but has been as high as 11 points.

Cost: $100* (Registration fee includes notes and additional handouts.)
